How do I fix the blank white/black/blue screen?

Please try the potential solution below:

  1. This is usually caused by your Anti Virus blocking StellarAIO

    1. Turn off your Anti Virus or Windows Defenders

      If this doesn't help please move to step 2

  2. You will have to locate and delete the config.json file (Please note this will delete all saved information in StellarAIO)

    1. Click on the magnifying glass on the bottom left of your taskbar and type %appdata%

    2. Find the StellarAIO folder and expand it by double clicking on it

    3. Find the config.json file and delete it

    4. Now reopen StellarAIO
