How do I add a Profile?

In-depth guide on creating billing profiles

  1. Navigate towards the Profiles tab

  2. Click on the "New Profile Group"

  3. Enter a Group Name and click on "Add" after.

    1. Click Add Profile button

  4. You will now be prompted with a profile creation menu

    1. What is Profile Name?

      1. A profile name is what your profile will be called when creating tasks, this way you can distinguish profiles apart and their information

    2. What is Email?

      1. This is where you input your email. We support all sorts of emails including catchall emails, just make sure you can receive emails, or else you might miss out on purchases.

    3. What is Phone Number?

      1. This is where you input your phone number. Make sure when inputting your phone number that you don't add any extra information. Must be formatted in a number-only entry (ex. 8888888888). Please do NOT add any "-" or "( )" or else you might run into problems when trying to purchase items.

    4. What is First Name?

      1. This is where you input your first name.

    5. What is Last Name?

      1. This is where you input your last name.

    6. What is Address Line 1?

      1. This is where you input your address that includes the street number as well as the street name.

    7. What is Address Line 2/ House Number?

      1. This is optional to add in any apartment numbers, house numbers, etc. to provide an exact address. Keep in mind, if not needed, you can just leave this section blank.

    8. What is Country?

      1. This is where you select your country. Currently, we only support the United States and Canada.

    9. What is State?

      1. This is where you select the state you reside in, must be correct, or else you will have issues with purchasing items.

    10. What is City?

      1. This is where you input the city you reside in, must be a valid city, or else you will have issues with purchasing items.

    11. What is Postal Code?

      1. This is where you input your postal code aka zip code, this must be a valid postal/zip code or else you will have issues with purchasing items.

    12. What is the "Use Shipping information as Billing information for checkout" button?

      1. This button means that both your Billing and Shipping information is the same, so it will use the same information for both. Only use this button if both are the same. Please fill out the Billing Informations section if it's different than the Shipping Information.

    13. What is Card Number?

      1. This is where you input a valid card number to use to purchase items using the bot. Failure to input a valid card number will result in failures to purchase items. Must be formatted in a number-only entry (ex. 8888888888888888) or else you will have errors with some sites. Do NOT have any extra spaces when inputting your card number.

    14. What is Card Type?

      1. This is where you select which type of card you have. Currently, we only support Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and AMEX.

    15. What is MM/YY?

      1. This is where you input your card's expiration date. Keep in mind that you do not need to input the "/" manually, the bot will automatically add it, so only input numbers. (ex. 03/21)

    16. What is CVV Code?

      1. This can be located at the back of your card. Usually 3 to 4 numbers.

  5. After filling out all this information, click on the "Save" button to save your profile for use.

  6. If you filled out everything properly, you will have created a profile that you can use on the bot
